By accessing, browsing, or utilizing The Lux Toyz platform (including web domains, dealer management portals, and VIP concierge reservation tools), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The Lux Toyz operates strictly as an exclusive digital marketplace and technology intermediary. We connect prospective collectors, buyers, and renters with independent, verified dealerships, workshops, and yacht charter operators.

Unless explicitly specified as a consignment owned directly by The Lux Toyz LLC, all vehicle sales contracts, rental agreements, warranty terms, and final payments are executed directly between the client and the respective verified dealership.

To uphold the utmost prestige and consumer safety, all participating showrooms must satisfy our strict accreditation criteria:

• Valid Commercial Licensing: Dealerships must provide an active Commercial Trade License issued by the relevant UAE Economic Department (e.g. Dubai Economy & Tourism, Abu Dhabi DED).
• 1-Year Accreditation Cycle: Verification is granted for a maximum term of 365 days. Showrooms must renew their compliance credentials annually to maintain their Verified Partner badge.
• Inventory Authenticity: Dealers warrant that listed chassis numbers (VINs), mileage, specs, and price quotes accurately represent physical inventory in their showroom.

When booking a VIP Showroom Viewing or Test Drive via our platform:

• Appointments are non-binding requests until confirmed by the showroom concierge.
• Test drive eligibility is subject to the individual dealership’s insurance coverage, requiring a valid UAE or International Driving License and proof of identity.
• Users agree to provide authentic contact details for appointment coordination.

All proprietary brand trademarks, platform code, 3D interactive graphics, and UI styling are the exclusive intellectual property of The Lux Toyz LLC. Automotive and marine marque logos (e.g., Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, Sunseeker) belong to their respective registered trademark holders and are utilized strictly for vehicle identification and showroom inventory representation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or related to our marketplace shall be resolved under the competent courts of Dubai.
